We accept the following commercial insurance plans and bill all services through Headway:

Self pay rate is $180 per individual or family session
Add-ons:
- Administrative fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be charged for any request for letters, progress summaries, faxed documentation, etc. to third parties or to client/guardian. You will receive a good faith estimate up front for how much the total cost will be and will be billed through Quickbooks.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Full session fee for 53+ minute session charged per session cancelled within 24 hours of the start time of the session. (i.e. if the session starts at 2pm, a cancellation notice would need to be received before 2pm the previous day). All cancellations must be sent via email, text or through the Headway portal.
Cancellation and no show fees are NEVER covered by insurance. You are responsible for the entire fee.
Good Faith Estimate
On January 1, 2002 a ruling went into effect called the “No Surprises Act”, requiring practitioners to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” to individuals who are uninsured or who utilize self-pay. The GFE (Good Faith Estimate) must include the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service, a diagnosis and a reason for mental health services. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created and may not include unknown or unexpected costs that arise during treatment. If additional costs incur, you will receive a new GFE with these costs included. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute the bill if your provider has not discussed these changes and if an updated GFE was not provided. This would not apply to those using insurance benefits, including out of network benefits or submitting superbills for reimbursement.

- 90837 – Ongoing psychotherapy appointments (53-60 minutes)
- 90834 – Ongoing psychotherapy appointments (38-45 minutes)
- 90847 – Parent Only appointments (30-50 minutes)
- 90875 – Add on: Interactive Complexity (for expressive/play therapies and Safe and Sound Protocol)
